This Subset is designed to determine forecasts for a digital marketing program with a Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) KPI.
Fill in the shaded columns with your data:
- Social: Spend, CPM, CTR, and CVR are manual inputs
- Search: Spend, CPC, CTR, and CVR are manual inputs
- YouTube: Spend, CPV, CTR, and CVR are manual inputs
As you change the manual inputs in the channel level section, you are able to determine volume of customers acquired and efficiency of the program. This can be used to help determine budget allocation across channels and forecast program efficiency during the campaign flight.
The overall program section is meant to be a snapshot visual of program performance across all channels. No inputs should be altered in that section.
